Shipping Terms
Upon placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Please print out your receipt and save for future reference.
Orders may be cancelled at any point within 24 hours after the time of purchase by calling our sales department at 415-451-8086 (toll free 1-888-451-6086). Please identify the sales number and we will post a full refund to your credit card immediately. All orders ship within 48-72 hours of receipt of the order, subject to the volume of pending orders. We will notify you via e-mail when your product is shipped.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock or backordered, we will contact you with an expected date of arrival in our warehouse. You will not be charged for this item until your order has shipped. If you are ordering multiple items, we will ship the available ones immediately. You will only be charged for shipping once.
To preserve the freshness of our products, we ship all packages FedEx from our San Anselmo , California distribution center. Delivery time may extend to approximately 4 working days. You may track the delivery of your order using the FedEx link on the email you receive when the shipment is sent. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package at the point of delivery, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We can insure the products shipped upon your request by adding an insurance charge to your order.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and you may return or exchange any product purchased from us within 14 days from the date of purchase. You must send back the product in its original box with the original sales receipt and a letter indicating the RMA number received from our customer service. We will then provide you with a full credit (less shipping and handling costs), or an identical item.
